Basic Designated Infection Control Officer Training CourseThis  2-day course is designed to prepare the Infection Control Officer to  fully meet the requirements for this position established under NFPA  1581, OSHA, and the Ryan White Law. Understanding this role and the many  aspects of this job is important to assist with department risk  management and department member advocacy. The training program will lay  out the various laws and regulations that must be taken into account to  establish a comprehensive program. Course is $395. COVID-19 Compliance Officer Training

COVID-19 Compliance Officer (C19CO) As  film, commercial, music video, and photo shoots begin to open up across  the country, a need has emerged for a new crew position: COVID-19 Compliance Officer (C19CO).  Shoots are often places where food is shared, people work closely with  one another, and social distancing is often not possible. We have  designed a class to inform producers, coordinators, and 1st ADs about  health management related to COVID 19 and provide tools and resources for the new COVID-19 Compliance Officer (C19CO) position. COVID-19 Safety for Production 8-Hour TrainingLearn  how to build a safety culture in the production industry, key elements  of an occupational infectious disease exposure control plan for  production, and infection prevention and control for shoots, crews, and  locations during this 8-hour training course. Covid Compliance Course hosted by Georgia Film Academy The  GFA COVID Compliance Course showcases best practices and procedures for  film production during the COVID-19 worldwide outbreak, detailing  preventative practices approved by the Centers for Disease Control and  Prevention (CDC) and Georgia Department of Public Health (GDPH), and  developed for industry-specific needs. The course may be presented  entirely online for all crew and key personnel. The GFA will coordinate  with producers, department heads, and safety officers as needed to  prepare for unique challenges of their productions. This course is currently free to people in production. WHO COVID-19 Mass Gatherings Risk Assessment TrainingThe training describes the risk assessment exercise that WHO has developed to aid health authorities and event organizers in their  planning for upcoming mass gatherings amid the current COVID-19  pandemic. WHO has developed a set of COVID-19 risk assessments tools  dedicated to generic mass gatherings as well as to sports specific and  religious specific mass gatherings. It should be noted, however, that  general considerations and advice applicable to the organization of mass  gatherings, and addressing risks of any origin, should also be taken  into account when planning an event. These risk assessments provide a  user-friendly way for health authorities and organizers to understand  the level of risk an upcoming mass gathering may hold in further  spreading COVID-19, both within a country and globally. All of the tools  mentioned can be found on the WHO website. COVID-19 Contact Tracing Course by John Hopkins University In  this introductory course, students will learn about the science of  SARS-CoV-2 , including the infectious period, the clinical presentation  of COVID-19, and the evidence for how SARS-CoV-2 is transmitted from  person-to-person and why contact tracing can be such an effective public  health intervention. Students will learn about how contact tracing is  done, including how to build rapport with cases, identify their  contacts, and support both cases and their contacts to stop transmission  in their communities. The course will also cover several important  ethical considerations around contact tracing, isolation, and  quarantine. Finally, the course will identify some of the most common  barriers to contact tracing efforts -- along with strategies to overcome  them. The course is currently Free. Register by visiting:

Measuring and Maximizing Impact of COVID-19 Contact Tracing by John Hopkins UniversityThis  course aims to provide managers and developers of contact tracing  programs guidance on the most important indicators of performance of a  contact tracing program, and a tool that can be used to project the  likely impact of improvements in specific indicators. Students who  complete the course will be proficient in using the Contact Tracing  Evaluation and Strategic Support Application (ConTESSA) to estimate the  impact of their contact tracing program on transmission and strategizing  about how to increase their program’s impact. A secondary audience for  the course will be decision makers interested in knowing more about the  characteristics of effective contact tracing programs, and strategies to  improve. Disinfection Manager Certification Courses, OSHA Recommended (Producer’s Guild is referring people here)This 8-Hour COVID-19 Disinfection Manager Certification During Epidemic/Pandemics course  teaches students how to create and implement a disease prevention  protocol. Students will learn preventative measures with an emphasis on  cleaning and disinfection. Students will also learn managerial skills  such as documentation, hazard communication, and personal protective  equipment.
